Meet Our Expert Speaker

Dr. Murugesan Raja has been our Clinical Advisor since June 2018. A General Practitioner with a special interest in respiratory medicine, he serves as Lead GP for Hope Citadel at John Street Medical Practice and Hawthorne Medical Centre. Since 2014, he has been Clinical Lead for Respiratory Medicine in Manchester, a role expanded citywide in 2017. He is also Clinical Lead for Quality and Performance and a GP Governing Board Member (Central) for Manchester Health and Care Commissioning. In addition, Dr. Raja is a GP Trainer, speaker, member of the Manchester Health and Wellbeing Board, and sits on the NICE GP Reference Panel.
Dr. Biswajit Chakrabarti (MD FRCP) is a Consultant Respiratory Physician at University Hospital Aintree, Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. He trained at Imperial College London, completed an MD fellowship, and later worked as a Clinical Lecturer in Respiratory Medicine. His specialist interests include COPD, Sleep Medicine, Non-Invasive Ventilation, Digital Health, and Pneumonia.
