Why should people attend this session?
Chronic insomnia, obesity, and migraines frequently overlap, amplifying patient morbidity and prescribing complexity.
This multidisciplinary evening brings together practical, evidence-based updates from leading UK experts to help you manage these interlinked conditions confidently.
- Clinical insight – explore the physiological links between sleep disorders, metabolic health, and headache syndromes.
- Prescribing confidence – review pharmacological and non-pharmacological management options aligned with NICE guidance.
- Real-world relevance – apply structured approaches for complex multimorbidity in daily practice.
- Interactive discussion – engage directly with specialists and share challenges from primary-care settings.
- Professional development – earn CPD credits while enhancing your multidisciplinary understanding.
By attending, you will leave with practical strategies to improve patient outcomes, optimise therapy, and reduce fragmentation of care across sleep, metabolic, and neurological disorders.
