Meet the Speaker

Shereen Amin (MPharm, IPresc)

Shereen Amin is a Pharmacist Independent Prescriber with over ten years' experience across NHS primary care and digital health platforms. She spent three years as Senior Clinical Pharmacist at Dermatica, where she diagnosed and prescribed for acne, rosacea, hyperpigmentation and anti-ageing concerns via asynchronous digital consultation. Her caseload included personalising treatment plans to skin type and medical history, managing side effects and unmet expectations, and mentoring colleagues on complex clinical queries.

Her broader prescribing experience spans weight management (including GLP-1 therapy) and ADHD assessment and titration. She has worked across both NHS and private telemedicine settings.

Alongside her clinical work, Shereen is a published medical writer producing patient-facing content on dermatology, GLP-1 therapy and lifestyle health for regulated UK pharmacy platforms. She translates clinical evidence into clear, practical guidance for patients and healthcare professionals alike.

Shereen holds an MPharm with First Class Honours from the University of Manchester and qualified as an Independent Prescriber through the University of Salford.
