Dr Reuban Pratheepan is a GP at The Oaks Family Practice in Bolton and Training Programme Director for the Bolton GP Training Programme, a role he has held since May 2022, in which he leads and co-ordinates the training of GP specialty trainees across the borough. He qualified BSc (Hons), MB ChB and gained MRCGP in 2014, and he chairs the Bolton GP trainers’ group, regularly delivering sessions to trainers on clinical complexity in the SCA, trainer conflict resolution and the structure of GP training posts.
