Dr Aaliya Goyal is a Fellow of the Royal College of GPs and an Occupational Health doctor. Her portfolio of work has included clinical practice, education, research and public speaking alongside system, regional and national leadership roles. She has a passion for health inequalities and her past work as a ICB Primary Care Health Inequalities Lead, is currently featured in the health inequalities exhibition at the RCGP’s home at 30 Euston Square.

Dr Aaliya has held leadership positions at the RCGP and Society of Occupational Medicine. She sits on the NHS Health at Work Network board. Her work in under-served communities and health leadership has been recognised by the RCGP, Society of Occupational Medicine, and the Faculty of Public Health, who awarded her Membership through Distinction in 2024. She was the first independent Chair of the Muslim Sports Foundation. She is committed to mentoring early career doctors to become future leaders
