Why Should Healthcare Professionals Attend?

Contraceptive prescribing is a core component of primary care, requiring clinicians to balance safety, efficacy, patient preference, and evolving clinical guidance. From initiating the most appropriate method to managing side effects and follow-up, healthcare professionals are expected to make confident, patient-centred decisions.

This session, delivered by Dr Mark J. Hudson-Peacock, provides a concise, practical overview of safe and effective contraceptive prescribing in everyday clinical practice. Using real-world case studies, the webinar will simplify key decision-making processes and support clinicians in delivering personalised, evidence-based contraceptive care.
