Hannah Beba is an RPS-approved Consultant Pharmacist at West Yorkshire Health and Care Partnership, working across the ICB and provider organisations to improve outcomes for people living with diabetes. Her role is primary care–focused and embedded in integrated care, with a strong emphasis on tackling health inequalities.Hannah chairs the Leeds and West Yorkshire Expert Reference Groups for Cardio-Renal-Metabolic Medicine and is the clinical lead for the obesity portfolio across the Partnership, driving a population health management approach. Nationally, she is co-chair of the Council of Healthcare Professionals at Diabetes UK and a committee member of the Primary Care Diabetes and Obesity Society.A clinical academic with a passion for education, Hannah speaks regularly at national conferences, tutors on the University of Warwick MSc Diabetes programme, and is currently an NIHR pre-doctoral fellow researching how to implement impactful renal care for people with diabetes in primary care.
